Professor Nicolette Lee

Nicki is Executive Director (Educational Partnerships and Quality) at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. She was previously the Executive Director (Learning and Teaching) at Victoria University and the Academic Director, Swinburne Professional Learning. Over the past decade, Nicki has designed and taught numerous capstones, and led the implementation of capstones across disciplines. She has a background and research interests in higher education curriculum models, particularly final year experience and transition, project and problem based approaches, design education and learning environment design and evaluation (see http://www.swinburne.edu.au/spl/learningspacesproject/).
Dr Daniel Loton
Dan is an Educational Research Officer in the Centre for Collaborative Learning and Teaching at Victoria University. Dan provides research support to the Fellowship, particularly survey implementation and analysis. He has expertise in, and has worked on, a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including investigating the impact of educational leadership structures on low socio-economic student outcomes in the secondary school system. Dan also has extensive research administration experience, particularly in the area of research ethics. He holds a first-class honours degree and a PhD in Psychology.
